Overview

Weaving is one of humanity's oldest creative practices, and one of its richest mythologically, metaphorically, and aesthetically. This group exhibition teases out themes of form, language, and storytelling in works by Miguel Arzabe, Ricki Dwyer, Terri Friedman, Gego, Trude Guermonprez, Porfirio Gutiérrez, Channing Hansen, Andrea Higgins, Ruth Laskey, Dinh Q. Lê, Emil Lukas, Michelle Yi Martin, Christy Matson, Sandra Monterroso, Driss Ouadahi, Kay Sekimachi, Lenore Tawney, Susie Taylor, Deborah Valoma.
