At a distance, you could have mistaken the Uruguayan artist’s drawings for framed vapor. Which is to say nothing at all. But, when you moved in close you saw aerial views of imaginary cities drawn in a hand so small and precise you wished for a magnifying glass, all the while wondering: what kind of savant/fiend created this stuff?
