Lukas Felzmann: River’s Edge

Swiss-born, San Francisco-based photographer Lukas Felzmann’s current exhibition, River’s Edge, combines large format photography and sculpture to refer both to nature and to our examination of it. The juxtaposition of images of environments with those referring to learning speaks of a relationship between natural processes and cultural ones. Felzmann, an instructor at San Francisco Art Institute and Stanford University, has exhibited throughout California, Europe and Latin America.
