Join us in the gallery from 5-7 pm this Thursday May 20 for a conversation between Isabella Kirkland and prominent Bay Area scientist, Lauren Esposito, who is Assistant Curator and Schlinger Chair of Arachnology at the California Academy of Sciences.
Studying the patterns and processes of evolution in spiders, whip spiders, and scorpions, Esposito is particularly interested in the interactions between biota, geology, and climate that have lead to the present-day assemblage of life on Earth.
